Cancellation Policy
Cosmetic Tattooing and Tooth Gems:
- If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours outside of your scheduled appointment, your deposit can be transferred one time before another deposit is required.
- If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required upon booking another appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule same-day, your deposit is forfeited and a last minute cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. This is the same policy for no-call, no-show.
- If we have to turn the appointment away due to being late to the appointment, lack of proper preparation for the appointment (ie; pre-care for tattooing), or booking the appointment incorrectly (ie; booking a color refresh instead of a cover-up tattoo), your deposit will be not transferable and a new deposit is required upon scheduling another appointment.
- All sales, including deposits, are non-refundable.
- Follow up appointments (ie; cosmetic tattoo touch-ups and lash fills) do not require a deposit when booking at the studio. The only way a deposit is required for follow up appointments are if they cancel the appointment, and need to make a new one online, then a deposit is required to secure the new appointment time and date.
Lash and Brow Services:
- If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged. This fee needs to be paid in order to re-book future appointments.
- If you cancel or reschedule same-day, a last minute cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. This is the same policy for no-call, no-show.
